By accessing and using NexusFlow ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Asset Management System.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Users (including Company Admins, Employees, and Inspectors) are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including the accuracy of inspection data and asset records entered.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to asset management and compliance. Prohibited activities include:

• Falsifying inspection reports or maintenance records.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other companies' data or system infrastructure.
• Using the service to transmit malware or harmful code.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NexusFlow and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

In no event shall NexusFlow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
